Our wines are all made with Sauvignon blanc and Pinot noir. All the plots are located on the south-facing hillside of Bannon, This exceptional terroir was already farmed back in the 12th century by the monks living in the abbey of Saint-Satur. 

Each plot corresponds to one specific terroir, therefore it allows us to express a diverse range of aromas and flavours.

As a result, all of our wines are unique, that’s why you’ll find different cuvees among the estate.
